  • 2002-2006 Governor of successful 400 pupil state primary school. One of 12 Governors from varied backgrounds. I was lead on Finance and curriculum oversight of Mathematics and French.

 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

  • Industry experience: Coach hire/Travel, Printing and outsourced solutions, communications and technology, sports hospitality, not for profit, asset finance & leasing;
  • FD and general management roles in SME’s (£2million turnover to £20M) for 20 years and finance lead on business transactions including:
  • 2014 - sale of £10.5M turnover (“T/O”) printing and parking services company to Capita Group;
  • 2012 - sale of a £15M T/O international telecoms business to Jersey Telecom;
  • 2008 sale of £7M T/O printing business to Private Equity and MBI, leveraged structure;
  • Grew outsource print/mailing solutions business in the parking and traffic management industry from £1.5M turnover to £10.5M and then managed the sale of the business in 2014 to Capita Group Plc;
  • FD of a £15million T/O IT/Communications/networking company selling throughout Europe and US. Implemented Access Dimensions ERP/finance system. Company was bought by Jersey Telecom in 2012;
  • FD of a £40M T/O private equity owned asset finance/leasing/ business
